Reservation form
Reservation details entered in the website form are not sent to the website server or stored in a website reservation database.
If the user continues with WhatsApp, the browser prepares the message locally and opens WhatsApp. The information is sent to the business only when the user taps Send.
Processing and service providers
Information sent to ALP MAR TRAVEL through WhatsApp is processed to assess and arrange the transfer request, communicate with the customer, meet legal obligations and protect legal rights.
Cloudflare may process technical connection data for website hosting and security. WhatsApp may process messages and related technical data under its own infrastructure. Depending on the service, processing may take place outside Türkiye and is subject to Article 9 of Law No. 6698 where applicable.
Retention and requests
The website does not store reservation form personal data on the server. Records sent through WhatsApp are retained by the business only as needed for the service and applicable legal obligations or rights.
