How the reservation form works
Name, phone, flight, hotel/address and other reservation details entered in the form are not submitted to the website server and are not stored in a website reservation database.
When you continue with WhatsApp, your browser prepares a reservation message and opens it in WhatsApp. You can review or edit the message, and it is sent to ALP MAR TRAVEL only when you choose to tap Send.
Processing through WhatsApp
Information you send through WhatsApp is processed by ALP MAR TRAVEL to assess your request, communicate with you and arrange the transfer service.
WhatsApp is a separate service provider and may process messages and technical data under its own infrastructure, terms and privacy practices, which may involve infrastructure outside Türkiye.
Website hosting and technical data
The website is hosted and protected through Cloudflare infrastructure. When you access the site, technical connection data such as IP address, request time and browser/device information may be processed by Cloudflare for security, availability and operation of the service.
The reservation content you enter in the form is not stored in a Cloudflare reservation database by this website.
Retention
The website does not retain personal data entered in the reservation form on the server. Reservation and communication records that you send to the business through WhatsApp may be retained by ALP MAR TRAVEL only as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and protect legal rights.
